She wrote her first manuscript restaurant guide at 17, and a few years later, despite her different studies - French literature, linguistics, theatre studies - she was stamping her foot on the floor, stressing to her resentful surroundings that she would be a food journalist. She was for years a contributor to the magazines Taste-to live better, Marie-Claire, EF ZIN and BHMA-Gourmet. She worked for the magazine publications Athinorama Fooding and Umami. At the same time, she signed the Alpha-Guide-Crete and participated in the print editions of the Alpha Guide and the jury of the Golden Caps. She continues to this day to write articles for BHMAgazino and the online publications bostanistas.gr and Bitterbooze.com.
