From the daily stews, the excellent traditional kothropita (traditional meat pie with rice), to Mrs. Aristea Miliotis’s expertly prepared veal head, and the grilled meats by Christos Miliotis—such as kokoretsi, lamb chops, and steaks—all are irresistibly delicious.

Situated in a stylish modern hall with an open kitchen in the heart of the city, its concept focuses on meats sourced from the family-owned farm established in 1999 by pioneering farmer Thoma Douma, in Megalo Eleftherochoiri, just 50 kilometres from Larisa. The farm is home to bison brought from North Dakota, as well as native Black pigs and Murciano-Granadina goats from Spain. Managed by his daughter, Vicky Douma, the restaurant’s menu, curated by Chef Sotiris Evangelou, combines traditional local recipes with modern techniques that highlight the quality of the raw ingredients. Alongside their delicious meatballs and homemade black pig sausage, notable dishes include the bison tagliata, carpaccio, and their hearty Greek beef stew.
