Panos Deligiannis

Editor In Chief

Born in 1969, he wanted to be a nuclear physicist since high school. In his second year of university (Mathematics at the University of Athens), he lost the physics bug and was struck by the bug of wine, taste, and the good life! With a friend, he created the wine club "We" in the best restaurant of the time, Bajazzo.

Two years later, he took over the biggest wine club then, the Greek Wine Academy, and had a great time meeting people with the same passion, making friendships that still last and organizing wine tastings, seminars, dinners and excursions. In 1995, he joined the committee of the Golden Toques, and in 1996, he started writing for Athinorama and Ef Zin about taste, wine, restaurants and cigars. In 2004, he became editor-in-chief of Ef Zin, and in the summer of 2007, he became its director.

In 2011, he took a significant leap in his career by founding and leading FnL, a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to wine and gastronomy.
