Eleanna Gousi

Having been born and raised in Athens, she embarked on a unique educational journey, studying Political Sciences and Public Administration at the Athens University of Athens. Her special interest in international gastronomic events, a passion that would later shape the direction of the school she founded, was ignited during her travels. From a young age, she was fortunate to explore the world with her godmother, gaining a deep understanding of various cultures and cuisines.

She started working in the financial institutions service industry. But it was on a December quarantine night that, while searching for the perfect wine for Christmas dinner, she met a very good friend who pushed her into journalism. The argument "you've eaten in almost every corner of the world; write about it already" paid off, so she began writing about taste, travel and sometimes wine. She loves to try new flavours, but her red rag remains that little green gazoon that goes by the name of parsley. Her great loves are New York, Bangkok, steaks, Assyrtiko, fencing and Mousse, a playful kitty.
