He was born and raised in Amfilochia. He moved to Athens in 2002 to study at the Department of Political Science and History, and since then, he has lived in Pangrati. His first job was at Mikri Arkto, and then he wrote for Diphono until it almost closed. However, he has been a relatively successful buffet cook and radio producer in his youth. In March 2013, he met Panos Deligiannis , and since that day, he has been working for FNL as a taste journalist and later as a restaurant critic. In 2022, he became a partner. He also writes about gastronomic topics for 2board, Mykonos Confidential and Thalasea. He particularly loves Paris, London, Santorini, pumpkin flowers, foie gras, Riesling, Burgundies and fine wine glasses.
