Vasilis Dimaras
He was born in the late 1970s. He wanted to be like Indiana Jones and discover forgotten cultures and temples. Instead, he was left in search of flavors. At the beginning of 2000, he began his journey into the world of gastronomy, publishing articles in Greek and Spanish magazines.
Along the way, he stumbled upon the plantain bean of coffee and surrendered to it unconditionally. Now, he roams the city, always on the lookout for the next coffee temple to discover. He's never without a cup in hand, always ready to taste the next unique brew. His love for good food, which he often pairs with his favourite coffee, is a passion that rivals his love for football and his quirky hobby of collecting playmobiles.
