Sopiadis Panagiotis

Head of travel and leisure, partner

Born and raised in Thessaloniki, food has been a significant issue for as long as he can remember. First, mostly, dessert at breakfast, lunch and dinner at grandma's house, always soup before the main course in winter at mom's house. He loved the hotel that served him the single espresso with minimal lemon zest on the saucer and sparkling water. In the late 90s, he realized that hotels often do it better. His first passport reads unbaptized male since he was only a few months old when he made his first plane trip at his parents' responsibility.

He has lived in Europe, America, and Asia, always with hotels as his main focus as a study, profession, and hobby. He has stayed in 5-euro hotels somewhere in India, the suites of the Ritz and Hotel de Crillon in Paris, the Monasterio in Cusco, and many more.

What is he doing right now? He is looking for a new destination or racking his brain to design a new hotel, a new service, or an interesting experience.
