Nefeli Diamatari

Born in 1998, she grew up somewhere between Piraeus and Delesi. After studying at the School of International and European Studies until today, she struggles to keep her romanticism alongside her adult responsibilities. It calms her -still- that on uncertain and unstable days, whenever she pours butter, eggs, flour, milk and chocolate into her beige bowl, the cake will come out confidently, consistently delicious. She begins her FNL journey with the angst of a "first-timer" but armed with her love of culinary tours.
