Her Instagram handle sums her up perfectly: she’s blonde, she eats, and she travels.
She considers herself a citizen of the world — born in Greece, she finished primary school in Monte Carlo, secondary school in Athens, earned a DEUG in Art History, studied Marketing at Deree College, and completed her Master’s degree in London, where she later lived for several years. She dreams of retiring (soon, ideally) somewhere in the countryside, preferably abroad. She once had her sights set on Bourton-on-the-Water, but thanks to Brexit, Menton now seems the more likely choice.
Until then, she’ll carry on writing for The FNL, keeping creatively busy with her social media, taking online courses, and cooking — amateurishly perhaps, but according to those lucky enough to be invited to dinner, deliciously all the same.
