Dimitris Koupritziotis

Born, raised and studied in Athens. He has never left the city, which may be why he loves it so much. He studied computer science, but from his early years as a student, he got into the magazine business, which he loved from a young age. He started with Imako and has made small or big passes through many publishing houses since then. Around 2008, he discovered that the world of taste and creativity fascinated him. Initially, wrote for coffee and, later, for spirits and bars. He focused exclusively on the latter, trying to discover more and more of this ever-changing magical world. How does he do it? By reading, travelling and tasting. He does all three as one, writing about what makes an impression on the world's bars.
