

Christos Filios
Born in Athens in 1972, during his legal studies in France, besides being a prominent member of the international chain Mac Donald's and the adjacent Brasserie that still operates 24 hours a day in Lille (La Chicorée), exhausting the above menu, he decided for the sake of change to deal, apart from law, with cooking, immersing himself in French and international cuisine as a hobbyist. Somehow, he even ended up opening a sex shop in the small but miraculous kitchen of his home in France.
This hobby continued in Greece when he returned 10 years later with rich culinary and other experiences and performances from France, and by logical necessity with his law degree, master's and doctorate. His pursuit of an academic career up to the rank of associate professor today and his freelance practice of law have not prevented him from continuing to cook for his family and, when he can, for some select friends... He is not always successful, but he is trying to bring out the simplicity and love that every amateur and professional cook should produce with his kitchen in each dish.
The tasting and the collection (sometimes much larger) of foreign and Greek labels in wines did not stop, and fate brought him to meet his fine friends Panos and Evi and thus to connect mentally with all the people who have managed to set up this excellent "house" of FNL...
