The legendary tavern of Giorgos Sousouras in Kryopigi opened in 1983 and gradually transformed into a restaurant of noteworthy creative seafood cuisine. In 2001, it was among the first restaurants in Greece that "dared" to grill rockfish and cod and serve tuna sashimi. Now, it is run by his son, Asterios, who takes Trizoni quite a few steps further. Impressively fresh fish is skilfully grilled in an exemplary manner. The smoked mackerel with French onion soup sauce stands out among the most creative dishes, as do the sardines with bourdeto. The wine list is entirely up to date.
